This is an ongoing, embedded role for leadership teams that want a strategic partner to help them shape and navigate a broad AI transformation. I’ll partner with your leadership team as a fractional AI transformation leader: setting direction, prioritizing initiatives, and leading execution alongside your team from strategy through rollout, whether that means guiding your existing team, helping you build one, or bringing in the right outside resources.
AI Opportunity Assessment
In guided 1:1 and/or 1:many sessions with your team, I’ll dig into your business and identify where AI, automation, and workflow changes can reduce costs, eliminate repetitive work, improve customer experience, or create capacity without adding staff. You’ll get a written report outlining how your business runs and a clear, prioritized roadmap for implementation, guided by measurable ROI and sound change management.
